"It’s right there in the name—this place is a well-oiled machine. The lahmajune is reheated from ready-mades like slices in a pizza shop, but you won’t care once you bite into one, with a spicy, aggressively seasoned meat paste that grabs your attention. You should also try the esfiha, a thicker, even spicier flatbread that could double as a meal but only costs a cool $3.
