"The trend of young folks infusing flair and funk into old institutions continues on the Ile-Saint-Louis. This coq-themed spot highlights chickens, hens, and other fowl into its decor among other trinkets, but it still feels cool and current. The food is equally balanced—you’ll find starters like paté and burrata as well as less traditional dishes like sea bream ceviche topped with corn (kernels and popped) and tart pomegranate seeds. For mains, there’s beef tartare with fries, a creamy girolles mushroom risotto, and a rack of lamb for two for €89.
