"It may have started as a semi-secret pop-up, but there’s no hiding just how popular—or influential—Pizza Delicious has become. This Bywater standard helped herald in a golden age of New Orleans pizza, and it’s still making some of the city’s best pies. Its crust has that nice little snap when you fold it, and the toppings never overwhelm the simplicity of the red sauce. Their menu hasn’t changed much since opening the brick-and-mortar location, but no one would want it to.
