"In a neighborhood that’s gotten increasingly louder and more crowded, Little Blue Bistro is the antidote. The cozy house has just a few bar seats and less than a dozen tables, and plays indie rock at a soft volume against a homey backdrop of framed jeans and hanging jackets. The tight menu of European-ish food is equally comfortable. We like the rabbit and pork cheek terrine to start—it’s meaty in flavor and moussey in texture, and it gives your glass of crisp, not-too-funky Slovenian orange wine something to work with. Focaccia dragged through fresh stracciatella makes a creamy, chewy interlude, and the bouncy pappardelle with wagyu bolognese is a great excuse to order a closing pour of digestion-helping Branca Menta.
