But you could eat their spare ribs in a swarm of venomous snakes, and feel your worries slip away as easily as the meat does off the bone. This is tangy, vinegary, Carolina-style barbecue. Expect the usual suspects like corn bread, pulled pork sandwiches, and brisket.
