"Seabutter is a modern, subway-tiled sushi bar with a menu offering two distinct sushi experiences. On one hand, you can get some pretty busy-sounding things, like sashimi covered in truffle soy sauce or wagyu sushi topped with uni, or you can take the purist route with simple, lightly dressed nigiri.
