"Paco’s Way is good for two things: tapas and flamenco. At night, the Spanish restaurant has live flamenco Thursday through Sunday. Dancers strike the stage with their heels and flap their fans while folks eat sizzling gambas al ajillo and chorizo croquetas. Larger dishes, like their paellas, are a little too wet, and the grilled octopus is a bit rubbery. So stick to the tapas. Our favorite is the smoky garbanzos fritos. Service here is friendly and you’re greeted with a bottle of wine waiting at your table (and they’ll probably bid you farewell with a complimentary digestif)." - Virginia Otazo
