"Stoked isn’t flashy—it’s just really good pizza with an airy crust that’s perfectly charred. The Bianca, with bacon, peppers, garlic, ricotta, and hot honey, is the one you want, but know you can get the spicy, sweet condiment on any of the wood-fired pies.
