"The beer at Tennessee Brew Works gets the job done. But what this brewery does exceptionally well is food. Every menu item incorporates beers—the State Park blonde is part of the batter of the Baja fish tacos, the Hippies and Cowboys IPA is used to brine pickles, and onions get cooked in the Imperial Porter before getting added to the hefty Five Beer Burger.
