"You’re inFairmount. It’s 11pm. Bars nearby aren’t serving anything but dark liquor and a heavy dose of Bruce Springsteen. Except for McCrossen's Tavern, which has a food menu that is available until midnight. It’s a rough-around-the-edges bar that’s open daily and gets concert-pit-level loud during a gameday. Your meal approach should center around the crispy wings, super cheesy french onion soup, and a short rib dip sandwich with a delicious oniony broth. The crowd has a fondness for singing along to whatever is blasting through the speakers.
