"Located on Hialeah’s most Hialeah street (49th street), Trigo Café is a Cuban and Spanish diner that makes excellent sandwiches (we love their Elena Ruz) and Cuban coffee. Breakfast here can be as delightfully simple as a cafe con leche with a tostada and delicious croquetas (which they get from Islas Canarias).
