"Chleo is a gorgeous wine bar in Kingston’s Stockade district near some buildings from the 1600s. But inside, everything is decidedly modern, from blocky wooden architecture to little plates of shaved snap peas. They have a good amount of $60-and-under bottles, including a liter chilled red from France and a couple of orange wines from Catalonia. Stop by for snacks and drinks, but leave room for desserts like lemon semifreddo topped with plump blueberries and torn pieces of pineapple sage." - Anne Cruz
