"This Alpharetta offshoot of the famous Laghman Express in Brooklyn marks the first Uzbek restaurant for metro ATL. While the hand-pulled laghman noodles are the main attraction, they also have a nice selection of handmade boiled or fried dumplings, which should be on your table. Think: enormous steamed Central Asian manti stuffed with minced lamb and onion and well-seasoned fried beef wontons paired with a tangy yogurt dipping sauce to cut the richness.
