The encyclopedic menu has everything from corkscrew snails to chicken curry to rice porridge, but we tend to focus on the bun tom cha gio bo. It’s a giant bowl of soft vermicelli noodles, topped with perfectly cooked shrimp and pork, and served with a crispy spring roll. If you’re stopping in for a quick solo lunch, this is a must-order, but if you’re with a big group, go for the family meals towards the back of the menu.
