"Tennessee is no slouch when it comes to barbeque. And in a sea of what’s arguably some of the best slow-cooked pork and beef in the country, Honeyfire stands head and shoulder above the rest. You’ll have to drive to the western suburb of Bellevue, but your trek off the usual tourist path will be richly rewarded with slow-smoked brisket and sausage so good that you’ll wonder if your whole BBQ life has been a lie. If burnt ends are on the menu that day, grab an order or two and throw in some brisket queso for good measure.
