"If you ever fear that Seattle is losing its edge, head to Georgetown Liquor Company for a drink. The dive bar near a set of railroad tracks has cool artwork dedicated to the likes of The Ramones and Lemmy from Motorhead, and blasts power chord-heavy music whether it's Saturday night or noon on a Sunday. There are great cocktails and decent vegan tweaks on bar food made in house, like the chunky cauliflower buffalo wings that have a nice kick. Though seitan-heavy sandwiches like the french dip won't convert hardcore roast beef fans, this is still a good spot for a solo late-night hang when you’re exhausted from sticking it to The Man all day." - aimee rizzo, gabe guarente
