"This sister restaurant to Suwanee’s Umaido is located in a plaza off Cheshire Bridge Road, so it’s easy to miss—but that’d be a mistake. The ramen here is great. The broth is tech billionaire-level rich, flavorful, and worth the stop. And the noodles are light and springy, and when you run out, they’ll refill them. If you’re not feeling ramen, think again. That’s why you should be here.
