"The first thing you'll notice about the wine bar-restaurant Cora is the view. The sixth-floor space overlooks the elevated Minhocão road, pedestrianized on the weekends, and offers a breathtaking picture of São Paulo’s skyscrapers and graffiti art. The food stands on its own, but if you time your reservation for sunset, an orange sky can only make it better. The dishes are playful interpretations of Brazilian classics—grilled duck hearts on a cauliflower purée, and crispy fried squid tentacles with spicy mayo. Pair these with some Brazilian wines, which are becoming more and more respected in the region." - Tomé Morrissy-Swan
