However, this Osu spot isn’t style over substance. It’ll have you screaming, “Another banger!” after each bite. Their modern West African menu elegantly combines Ghanaian stews and sauces with the influence of French cuisines, heritage from French colonisation of our neighbors. You’ll want to inject both the in-house shito and garlic sauce that accompanies the pan-seared grouper, straight into your veins, and, on a spiritual level, understand how they made the goat espetada “kebab,” so tender, as well as why and how the brown stew surrounding it is the best thing in the world. You might even question whether you've ever had a flourless chocolate cake as good as theirs.
