"Long lunch and dinner lines at Taqueria del Sol are about as common as steel road plates on 14th Street. And we happily brave the queues here because we know great Tex-Mex sprinkled with a Southern twist (see: perfectly fried chicken tacos and a side of turnip greens) is waiting on the other side. If you come to the laid-back West Midtown address, expect to compete for a patio table with famished families or office workers.
