"Café Ragazzi looks like most white tablecloth Italian restaurants in Miami—and tastes like it too. But the Surfside spot stands out from the pack of over-sauced pasta options because of the stuff hanging from the walls. It’s owned by the famous singer Ricardo Montaner, and its walls are cluttered with albums and music memorabilia by Latin American musicians and celebrities who’ve eaten there. So come here if you’re interested in that stuff—not for the too-rich gnocchi quattro formaggi, or slightly burnt apple tart. But at least it’s a reasonably priced dinner.
