You’ll tour Frenchman Bay on board a vintage lobster boat before getting to haul traps yourself. The lobsters you catch are steamed right on the boat with a pot full of seawater and plump ears of corn, and the tour finishes with a simple feast on paper plates while moored in a calm inlet. The lobster itself tastes incredible (the secret, the captain says, is the seawater steam), and you’ll learn a ton about crustaceans and how Mainers fish for them in just a few short hours.
