"When we're in the mood for a casual night of pizza and classic buffalo wings, Josie's is the place. The Metro West classic serves crispy drumettes and flats tossed in perfectly vinegary hot sauce, along with some great hot honey wings that are more of a slow burn. You’ll also want an order of the cheesy bread showered in zesty garlic and the cheese pizza that has a nicely-crisp crust. The bar works great for a laid-back meal, where you can sip on a house red lager and try and convince the staff to tell you their hot honey wing recipe—apparently only one person knows it.
