"The live music at La Fabrica usually doesn’t get going until about 9pm on most nights. And that’s about when you should try to get here, because while the ceviche-heavy menu is fine, when it’s combined with some fruity cocktails, Brazilian jazz, and the occasional Big Papi sighting (so we hear), then La Fabrica is probably more fun than any other place in Central Square (or at least, more fun than your apartment)." - dan secatore
