"While the name of this Capitol Hill restaurant and bar has us raising our eyebrows a bit, the place looks more focused on cocktails and small plates than beheading. Expect dishes like beef tartare, mushroom filet with faro rice porridge, and miso caramel topped french toast in the space formerly occupied by Witness. We recently checked out Guillotine.
