"From the people behind LaRina and Briscola comes Tortelli, a Carroll Gardens pasta shop where you can pick up some cavatelli or tagliatelle to cook for dinner tonight. But they also have a short menu of pasta to eat there. Expect dishes like tortelli with butter and sage, plus a few small plates like burrata with heirloom tomatoes, and tiramisu for dessert.
