What sets this one apart from the rest is the view—it’s located right next to the Miradouro de Santa Catarina and overlooks the Tagus River with a panoramic POV of the city skyline. Grab a table or find a spot on the grassy green slope and relax with a beer or chilled wine and an empada (a Portuguese meat pie) as you take in the scenery.
