"Fringe Bar is a large bar in Old City where you can get a casual drink near the Delaware River. Crowds form for Happy Hour and bottomless brunches on the patio and inside. The bartenders ask about your day. And there will probably be a couple in the corner splitting a solid Nashville hot chicken sandwich while playing two truths and a lie.
