"Hummus Bar and Grill in Tarzana is an Israeli spot known for its variety of grilled meats, but you’ll also know a section on the menu called the “Keep ‘Em Coming Assortment” (love the name), a refillable sampler of salads and small plates that you can add-on to any entree for $11 person, or just order by itself for $20 per person. The spread includes eggs salad, baba ganoush, chopped liver, beet salad, tabouli, and spicy eggplant to name a few, plus fresh pita or laffah.
