"Formerly a pop-up called Bad Cholesterol, Third Time’s The Charm is a sourdough pizza spot in Red Hook with pies as classic as a margherita, and as interesting as the White Lotus Season 2, with red onion, calabrian chilis, and pistachios. A few snacks round out the menu, like something called Trademark Infringement—essentially just a Bloomin’ Onion.
