"The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive at Le Cavalier is the historic character of the dining room, with high painted ceilings and velvet banquettes. But you’ll quickly be distracted from all of that by the exceptional French food, like poached lobster tails in a creamy, bright sauce américaine and french onion soup topped with a three-cheese lid. The bar is lovely, and worth visiting just for drinks. Le Cavalier also hosts regular special events for holidays, and does a very good weekend brunch." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lammé
