"Like much of the Sun Valley area, Scout Wine And Cheese was designed with a European sensibility in mind. Ideal for posting up for a long afternoon with a friend (or many), this hybrid wine bar, restaurant, and retail shop is in the center of Ketchum, making it highly convenient for drop-ins after a long day on the hill. Order an Aperol spritz or a glass of wine from their extensive list, which highlights small, natural producers. Rotating seasonal drinks include kalimotxos in the summer and mulled wine in the winter.
