This restaurant, located within a hotel property on Lake Montauk, is first come, first served and is one of the best dining experiences in the area. While the menu is full of Montauk staples (think fluke crudo, scallops, lobster pasta, etc.), they’re all a little more interesting than most of what you’ll find nearby.
