Chung Chun Jokbal - Review - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"One of Koreatown’s many underrated dishes, jokbal involves sliced soft-braised pig trotters that glisten and jiggle like Jell-O. Now you can find it at a new specialist in the neighborhood, Chung Chun Jokbal. The signature pork platters are available plain or glazed in spicy sauce, and you can fill up the rest of your table with crispy mung bean pancakes, soondae (Korean blood sausage), and various soups. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
