"The Fairlane’s lobby cafe has gone through a few iterations, but this one has some promise thanks to the crew behind Pearl Diver and Tiger Bar. With midcentury modern furniture and '60s flair, the revived lobby space is doling out coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches during the day. It gets moodier at night with cocktails, flatbreads, and small plates of hamachi crudo and tomato tartare. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
