"Askili Orchard is a Georgian restaurant in Greenwich Village, and it's from one of the co-owners of Georgian wine bar Sipsteria. Here, familiar dishes like khinkali, or ingredients like smoked yogurt and fermented fruit, are tweaked and twisted with things like pistachio and passionfruit.
