"Askili Orchard is a Georgian restaurant in Greenwich Village, and it's from one of the co-owners of Georgian wine bar Sipsteria. Here, familiar dishes like khinkali, or ingredients like smoked yogurt and fermented fruit, are tweaked and twisted with things like pistachio and passionfruit. There's even crab khinkali wrapped in dough that's colored black with squid ink. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Will Hartman
