"Walt’s has several locations in Wilmington, but the original is in a small row home with a walk-up counter. There are many fried items on the menu, but the chicken is what will keep you coming back. The skin is a golden color that looks like a heavily-filtered Instagram sunset, and the delicate crust barely holds back the juicy interior of the chicken.
