Every day, there are perfectly prepared hearty tasca classics—one day grilled kidneys, the next a rich cuttlefish stew. The plump, garlicky bitoque is a permanent resident, along with rotating grilled meats and fish. The environment is low-key, and you’ll dine alongside everyone from construction workers to grandmothers to a famous member of a local band if you’re lucky.
