The counter in Milwaukee Public Market has everything from fish fries and Maryland blue crab cakes, to oyster shooters and a lobster roll on buttery toasted brioche that’s a surprisingly good replica of what you’d find in Maine. If you’re looking for something fast, get one of the 11 seafood sandwiches. But there’s no need to rush. Unlike the market’s other stands, this one has a restaurant-sized seating area.
