"At this Three-Starred Barcelona restaurant led by Eduard Xatruch, Oriol Castro, and Mateu Casañas, the dish El Miedo (“the fear”) was pure theater: a smoky box arrived and I was invited to reach in blindly through the cold vapor, finding a perfectly cooked Palamós prawn, then finishing it with a spoonful of intense chicken-and-prawn cream.
