Chez Inno

Haute French restaurant · Chūō

@michelinguide

"Chez Inno is a creation of Noboru Inoue, a name engraved in the history of French cuisine in Japan. Junji Koga runs the kitchen under Inoue’s tutelage. Items such as lobster terrine and lamb baked in pie crust are traditional recipes given a brush-up with the next generation of chefs. Sauces prepared with dollops of wine are the pride of Chez Inno. The chefs seek the essence of French cuisine while remaining mindful of the changing times." - Michelin Inspector
