"After a top-to-toe makeover, this bistro on the main boulevard sports a lovely contemporary decor complete with wooden floors, black and white striped walls and photos of the stars of French cinema enjoying good food. Cooking has no secrets for chef Romain Escoffier (well, he does share the name of a legend of French cuisine!): he chooses local produce (such as succulent lamb reared at the Ferme de Clavisy) with which to craft his market-fresh cuisine. The à la carte menu and set menu (derived from the à la carte menu) are updated every fortnight.
