"Founded in 1984, this family-run establishment located close to the Staatstheater (hence the name) is now run by the second generation, with Daniele di Sario taking the helm several years ago. He delivers classic Italian and French-style cuisine that is in keeping with the zeitgeist: The spaghetti carbonara, turbot with Champagne sauce or lemon dessert ("Kreation von der Zitrone") are shining examples. In keeping with the name of the restaurant, the menu is divided into different sections: Act 1, Intermezzo, Act 2 and Epilogue.
