"Located outside the city centre about 1km from the city walls, this restaurant is home to chef Masaki Kuroda (the owner of Serendipico in Capannori) who serves traditional Japanese cuisine inspired by memories of his childhood. Dishes include osashimi (raw fish), nigiri, the famous gyoza dumplings, and ramen made with a pork broth typical of his home in southern Japan.
