In a modern and minimalist setting, creatively inspired cuisine is served in the form of a single set menu comprising five or seven courses, changing with the seasons and showcasing primarily local ingredients. Staff will be happy to recommend beverage pairings. A vegetarian set menu can be pre-ordered. The dishes are presented on beautiful handcrafted crockery.
