"HIO" is the nickname of the small village that is home to this restaurant. In the seven-course tasting menu proposed here, vegetables take centre stage. Much of the produce comes from the restaurant's own garden or from local farmers. The chic and modern interior incorporates a smattering of rustic touches, with the open kitchen being a focal point.
