"Its origins dating back to the 17C, this site is steeped in history. Today the building houses pretty hotel rooms and an extremely tasteful restaurant with authentic charm – plenty of wood and low ceilings make for a really cosy atmosphere. In summer, the terrace, too, is very inviting. When it comes to the food, the kitchen draws on what the market has to offer. Top-notch ingredients are used to create classic veal tartare with pan-fried sweetbreads, for example. The marvellous selection of 600 wines, including top wines from Austria, Italy and France, is a must for wine lovers.
