"Making its debut in the guide with two stars, this 12-seat Japanese restaurant in Da’an District centers on a solid cypress counter and offers an omakase that includes 12 pieces of nigiri using seasonal fish mostly from Kyushu, with rice cooked in natural spring water from Nagano.
