"This restaurant in Stuttgart's Rohr neighbourhood serves an intriguing take on classic French cuisine that draws on Spanish and Swabian influences. This concept wasn't simply plucked out of thin air: the two chefs – José María González Sampedro, who hails from Mallorca, and Caroline Autenrieth from Swabia – met while working in a restaurant in Marseille.
