"Don't let the name fool you; this is an upscale restaurant with a stylish interior that features vintage decor and natural materials. Working in an open kitchen, Dejan Gavric is clearly keeping up with the times. He is a chef who likes to incorporate Mediterranean influences and techniques. This is evident in the dish comprising pan-fried sea bass fillet with mussels and sea lavender and featuring a variety of garnishes.
